Live In The Light

Hiya Darlins,

If you are a lover of all things natural and organic then Live In The Light is the website for you, dedicated to natural organic and hand crafted products, you can find an array of goodies from both independent and award winning brands. From Handbags to Hand Creams the site has an array of goodies for you to browse  without having to worry about your impact on the environment.

In these troubling times and with mother nature finding it easier to repair the planet at the moment, I think it has given us all food for thought about how and why we consume so much. Live In The Light will give you some great ideas on helping to ensure our planet stays a little greener in the future.

I have had the pleasure of sampling a couple of goodies from the site which led me into a huge browsing session as there are so many fabulous products.  The ones I sampled are from;

Pure Anada.

Cocoa Body Butter in Tropical Paradise which is a beautiful blend of Organic, Cruelty Free Vegan ingredients such as Shea Butter, Sunflower Seed Oil, Coconut Fruit Extract and Pineapple.

The butter is delightfully fruity and rich, giving great hydration and relief for dry skin. The smallest pea sized amount is enough to use as a hand cream and will have you literally sniffing your own hands!  strange but true!

Pure Anada.

Hand & Body Wash in Mango Peach, again Cruelty Free and Vegan. This fabulous body wash again only needs a small amount from the pump to produce the most fragrant lather which cleans and softens the skin prior to moisturising with the body butter. ingredients include; Coconut Fruit Extract, Radish Root  Ferment Filtrate and Sunflower Seed Oil.

Both of these products have been a joy to use and the fruity fragrance is one that lasts giving you a truly Summer feeling.

Something completely new for me and something that I have recently been exploring are more eco ways to wrap food, I always feel guilty tearing off a sheet of foil knowing it's of single use!  Live In The Light has given me an introduction to the Independently owned Marley's Monsters a company with a fabulous back story and a myriad of products all aimed at reducing waste.  I sampled a sandwich wrap which I have to say reduced my guilt no end about throwing away foil.  These handmade, fully washable wraps can be used time and time again, although named a sandwich wrap, I guess you could use them to wrap any food stuff that needed transporting, apart from jelly, I can't imagine that doing too well, yes I'm joking!

Check them out You might be surprised what you find, plus there is a welcome discount code for new users.

All in all the site has been a lovely discovery,  and really did give me food for thought.
