Hiya Darlins

Once again Aldi have duped, this time it's a copy of Sol De Janerio Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, I first discovered Sol De Janerio by using the shower cream which I have to say is second to none it is an absolute favourite of mine due to the fragrance and moisturising qualities the Bum Bum cream has the very same fragrance and moisturising ability. Aldi have reproduced this body cream almost down to a T.

I picked this up on a recent visit to Aldi, obviously not looking for the perfect Brazilian bum, I was grocery shopping and once again got lured in by the magic of the centre aisles! I have only had this cream for a few days as you will know it went straight onto my instagram before I had time to test it out, I have now had more time to try out the cream and I have to admit to being ridiculously surprised!  I honestly didn't expect it to be even similar apart from the packaging that I didn't see until I got home and opened the box.  As you remove the lid you are instantly hit with the familiar fragrance of Sol De Janiero, the colour is identical the texture is slightly less thick than the original, it applies beautifully, leaves the skin soft and fragrant.  I looked deeper into the product as I wanted to compare ingredients, this is where I was in for the biggest shock, I honestly thought they wouldn't be slightly similar. I was wrong, take a look for your yourself.

I have been super impressed by this bargain impostor but as always with the curse of Aldi you may not find it in your branch and if you do find it and fall in love I suggest you stock up as we all know the pain of not being able to get something again.

The Aldi website shows it as a face and night cream??????? it also shows it available in store only.  What I would say is at £6.99 for 250ml compared to £44.00 for 240ml there is very little to choose between the two apart from the price.

As always with Lacura Cruelty Free.
