well here we are at the end of the first month dieting.
I am not going to do the whole week food diary thing, I am just going to say that I have been extremely lucky to get away with an evening of delicious cocktails at a blogging event, some fabulous food while in meetings in London and I actually should be pretty ashamed at the lack of self control. Howeverrrrrr I am no party pooper and didn't want to be the diet bore. ( my excuse and I am sticking to it )
OK, here's the scoop, I lost 1.5lb this week making the total for the month 8lb loss, which I suppose given the fact that I am far from perfect, isn't too bad, but If I am honest I really wanted a stone 14lb loss in 4 weeks.
This week I have been extremely lucky and received some goodies that should aid in this journey.
Proskins Have very kindly sent me the best pair of leggings I have ever owned in my life for exercise.
Shake Weight have very kindly sent me the new Shake Weight Roll.
and ZipFit have sent me a fabulous package of vitamins, energy bars and other bits to aid in this journey.
I will be writing posts about all of these in due time.
So really I have no excuse now for next month, I have the clothing, the vitamins, and the tool to shake off this weight.
